The McKinsey report is based entirely on interviews with executives at 500 corporations.
They then look at their work habits and other factors to come up with the most influential women in the United States.
The CEOs in the top ten are: Bill Gates (Microsoft), Warren Buffett (Oracle), Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook, Twitter), Larry Page (Google), Mark Zuckerburg (AT&T, Netflix), and Marc Andreessen (Amazon).
These CEOs also have top-ranked women in their respective fields.
The other top business women in America include: Meg Whitman (Oracle) and Susan Wojcicki (Apple).
The report also looked at the CEOs of companies that have revenues over $1 billion.
It found that three CEOs of these companies are women: Sheryl Sanders, Diane Sawyer, and Nancy Kress.
